Favorite Lunch Spots On-The-Go
We drive around town every day and often have to eat on the run, let me save you some time as to the best deals in town. There are so many others, have any to add?
Cottage Hospital’s cafeteria is reasonably priced, healthy, and surprisingly good food for a hospital. Vegan options and frozen yogurt make this my fave.
If you are in the area often, Romanti Ezer’s food truck is exceptional as well. Try the Chicken Mole tacos.
Lilly’s Taco – bottom of Chapala or near CostCo in Goleta, good price, great taco, quick bite.
Live Oak Cafe near the hospital is another great place with lots of room, consistently excellent food, and friendly staff. We go there when we can sit down for a real lunch!
Blue Owl on Canon Perdido is a favorite and a super healthy option. Rumour has it they will be on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives soon.
We conduct notarizations in Carpinteria so I always try to go to Food Liaison for lunch and the Lucky Llama for coffee afterward.
